This is the second book in the Rough and Ready book series but can be read as a stand-alone. I haven’t read the first book, but there is enough backstory that I didn’t feel lost.
This book was a delight to read. I found myself smiling, laughing, and sighing the entire time. Andrew is the PERFECT book boyfriend. Hot, supportive, thoughtful, sweet, hot, great banter… did I mention hot? The instant spark between Andrew and Zoe jumped off the page. You could see it with every smile and glance between the pair. Andrew supported and encouraged Zoe to follow her dreams and the thoughtful gestures he makes to let Zoe know the depth of his feelings was completely swoon-worthy.

I really enjoyed this quick and easy contemporary read. Annie and Amanda are best friends with big plans to take L.A. by storm and become famous actresses. Their relationship is amazing.
